💡 Important Usage Tips for Customers

• Fast Charging Requirement: To achieve the 15W fast charging speed, this must be used with a QC 3.0 (Quick Charge 3.0) car charger adapter. If plugged into a standard USB port, it will charge slowly (5W).
• Phone Cases: While it supports charging through cases, magnetic or metal plates (often used with magnetic mounts) will interfere with charging and generate heat. Please remove metal cards or thick cases before charging.
• Folded vs. Unfolded: Thanks to the Dual Coil technology, you can charge the Z Fold while it is folded (closed) or partially unfolded for navigation. The dual coils ensure the phone aligns with a charging zone regardless of the screen angle.
