1. What is your return and refund policy? 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

2. How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times within Pakistan typically range from 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

3. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and mobile wallet payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted to protect your information.

4. Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, we ship within UAE only. We're working on expanding our shipping options to serve international customers in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

5. How can I track my order? 

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website and view your order status in the "My Orders" section.

6. What happens if a product is out of stock? 

If an item you want is currently out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. We'll send you an email as soon as it's back in stock. We regularly restock popular items, so check back soon!

7. Do your products come with a warranty?

 Yes! Most of our electronics and gadgets come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by product (typically 6 months to 1 year) and covers manufacturing defects. 8. Are your products authentic and original? 

Absolutely! We only source authentic products from authorized distributors and manufacturers. Every item at BEAST MART is 100% genuine, and we stand behind the quality of everything we sell.

9. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

 If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll make it right.
