Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over AED 500
• Standard rates apply to orders under AED 500 (calculated at checkout)

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package anytime through the link provided or in your account under "My Orders."

Damaged or Lost Packages

Contact us within 48 hours if your package arrives damaged, or within 7 days if it's lost. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately after ordering if you need to change your address. Once shipped, addresses cannot be modified.
